Just a short drive from : CAPE MAY, NJ * CAPE MAY POINT, NJ* WILDWOOD, NJ* STONE HARBOR, NJ* AVALON, NJ* SEA ISLE CITY, NJ* STRATHMERE, NJ* OCEAN CITY, NJ*

Not a very good week for us on the Cape. High winds and rain kept us in or at the dock for some of the week and the days we did fish things were stirred up and not many fish were taken. With only two days left for Fluke, by the next report, I will  be talking about other fish. Thanks for another Fun Fluke season! Up coming reports will probably include Triggerfish, Blackfish, Porgies, small Blues, and maybe even a few Weakies and Croakers. The SEA STAR III will still fish after the Fluke season ends!!! I hope you will continue to join us for Fun days on the water!

Just a few more photos to share. Thanks for checking in....

FISHING REPORTS

6 Hr. Deep Sea Fishing Charters

6 Hour Fishing in Cape May, NJ.
SEA STAR III     * 2017 *

The SEA STAR III fished wrecks and corals this weekend and had action with MANY different

fish. I say this weekend because despite our best efforts to fish Daily, we can only get enough people to get out on the weekends, and for that reason, THE SEA STAR III WILL ONLY FISH FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY until late October! Sorry for any inconvenience!  If you have a large group and wish to schedule a weekday trip, PLEASE call ahead to arrange. That said, back to the fishing! Triggerfish were the Heavy Weights, some Porgies, Croakers, and Blues, also went into the buckets and Plenty of Sea Bass, Taug, and a few weakfish and Fluke that were released. Action was still good even though many fish had to be released. Still Fun catching and you never knew what you had!!! I hope that the cut back in schedule can get more people to the boat even if only for those few days. There are still many fish to catch, so I hope that you will join us for  a day out on the water as this is the new normal for us at least for 4 - 5 weeks. As always, I will again leave you with some more photos of the action. Thanks for checking in....

More Fluke action this week on the SEA STAR III. Plenty of shorts with some keepers mixed in. Some very large Fluke were taken this week off the Cape including our very own 8.06lb Giant taken by Joe Torres Yesterday! Time is running short for the Fluke so don't wait another day! Plan your trip NOW! As always, I will leave you with more photos of this week's action. Thanks for checking in....

This week on the SEA STAR III we ended the Fluke season as good as we could. A nice trip on Monday,

with plenty of Fluke, Keepers and shorts as well, followed by a beating on Tuesday and slow action as the weather didn't let up. That was That! Now we are on to a variety of local species! We saw Porgies, Triggerfish, and Small Blues to keep, and many Sea Bass that had to be released. This is what we have to look forward to moving forward, at least until Sea Bass reopens in late October. So, if you get the itch,

we are still sailing and I hope that you can join us as the seasons change. At least for NOW, we are trying to sail DAILY at 9am. Here are some more photos from this week's action, before and after Fluke!

Thanks for checking in......

Steady action with some keepers everyday, Fluke and Sea Bass combined, But not for long! Sea Bass season closes August 31st and Fluke season ends on September 5th, so NOW is the time for one more trip, before it is too late! The SEA STAR III will continue to fish after these seasons close, but I fear that participation will be an issue and we may have to adjust our schedule. Please call or check in here for up to date sailing information. I hope to see all of you again before then for another shot at Fluke. Check out the rest of our photos from this week's action. Thanks for checking in...
